Matt Cutts gives his input on how to link your blog post or website.
This is a great source for information when it’s coming straight from the horse’s mouth so to speak. So when linking an article or website to your own post or page it doesn’t really matter about placement as long as you have it there for reference so people can know where the original content comes from. Although if you watched the whole video which is very short and we like it that way, Matt prefers the link to be near the top of the article which to me makes sense too.
